Meet Hope, Your Ballet Fitness Instructor
Hope Noble is a trained classical ballet dancer. She has been teaching ballet and contemporary dance classes for nearly 20 years and has danced both nationally and internationally.
As the seasons of life have shifted as a wife and mother, she is passionate about bringing ballet fitness to women in the comfort of their own home. She brings deep encouragement to the heart of every woman while also empowering them to be confident in the bodies God has blessed them with.
Total Body Ballet was created for women who are in different seasons of life (postpartum, moms of littles or older children or simply not in motherhood yet…) This uniquely created fitness program uses the power of ballet to strengthen the entire body.
